About Eaglemere Foundation

Eaglemere Foundation focuses primarily on environmental conservation with secondary attention to improving global health and combating injustice. We fund organizations large and small, global and local, that work toward those ends. Eaglemere seeks out organizations that pursue a pragmatic, science-based, multi-stakeholder approach and that cooperate and collaborate with other organizations, governments, businesses and individuals.

Eaglemere's environmental work is both programmatic (river restoration, ecosystem conservation, species preservation, climate change mitigation) and geographic (New England, Rocky Mountains, Alaska, Latin America). Our contributions have removed dams, strengthened protections for endangered species, pushed back against ill-considered resource development, and created climate resilience.

Our global health efforts support crisis medicine, vaccinations and streamlined access to medical care; our global development efforts help alleviate poverty, and illuminate injustice.
